We also have a resident life size bear to greet guests. Enjoy the large screen HD cable TV, DVD, CD, tuner, and Bose surround sound speakers. (There are enough remote controls to challenge even the best of 'surfers') The large 'lodge' room also 'sports' a game table that flips to an additional dining table as well as a Foosball table that has a ping pong top option. Games, books, CD's, DVD's, and playing cards are available. There is also a large 'memory board' with pictures of former guests. (Please add some pictures of your group) The gourmet kitchen has a 5'6' island and is suitable for several cooks as well as everyone else who always seem to hang out there. Two sinks, walk-in pantry, wine rack, granite countertops, and beverage cooler are added to the normal appliances to make this a well-appointed kitchen. Table service for 16 and all necessary kitchen utensils and cookware are included for your convenience. Farmhouse table seats 10 comfortably. Adjacent screened porch has another table for 6. On the main level can also be found the master suite with a king size cherry bed handmade by the owner himself. Relax in bed with a private TV. The adjacent screened porch has a couch and rockers for 'chilling out'. The master bath has dual height vanities, a whirlpool lounging tub, and a large shower with 2 shower heads for 'partnering up'. The recirculating pump makes waiting for hot water a thing of the past. The main level also has a large laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer, built-in ironing center, cleaning supplies, a starter supply of detergent, and fire extinguisher. There is also a powder room decorated in the cabin style with wainscoting and bears. The upper level has two suites separated by a 32' open balcony overlooking the lodge room. Each suite has two bedrooms and a tile bath. This arrangement makes it suitable for family reunions, company retreats, or just the desire to spread out. The 2 level boat dock has two jet ski ramps and room for a boat. The upper deck is for sunning and watching the kids perform ski tricks. The cove is large enough for skiing but quiet enough for swimming and floating. Lake Keowee has 300 miles of pristine shoreline. Its a short distance the the Keowee Marina where boat rentals, an outdoor bistro, and evening entertainment are available. We have tried to think of all your needs so your vacation can be as relaxing as possible. Along with the standard kitchen appliances: oven/microwave, french door ref./freezer, dishwasher, beverage cooler, compactor, disposal) we have supplied the kitchen with an automatic coffee maker, toaster oven, waffle maker, blender, hand mixer, spices, a starter supply of dish washing liquid, dishwasher detergent, paper products, laundry detergent,etc.. Welcome to our dream home on Lake Keowee! We built this home in 2017 and are constantly upgrading and enhancing it since then. No expenses spared, this home is gorgeous! The home is set in a small secluded and private gated community on the southern part of Lake Keowee. The property offers 180 degrees views of the lake from almost every room in the house. To the left of the home is a beautiful sandy cove bordered by two uninhabited islands that stretch out for ½ mile connected by two sandbars. Directly behind the home and extending for 300+ feet is your private water front access. The home is unique in that it may be the only home that offers the use of two full size docks, so there's plenty of space to spread out and dock your toys. While the neighborhood provides a private and quiet setting, the home is convenient to all the great restaurants and activities in Seneca, Walhalla and Clemson area, The main indoor living area is 5,500+ sq. ft, and the home has four porches facing the lake which provides an additional 2000 sq. ft of enclosed porch and patio living. All six bedrooms have direct waterfront views. Four bedrooms have king-size beds. 1 bedroom has two queens and the bunk room consists of 2 bunks (XL long twins/ over queens). The main level kitchen is to die for! It’s beautiful and provides plenty of cabinet space and an oversized island for cooking and entertaining. Appliances are all professional grade Thermador. The home consists of two oversized family rooms. The main level Lodge Room, has 23 ft ceilings, a beautiful floor to ceiling stone, gas fireplace. The lower level family room is set up as the entertainment area and has a pool table, a 70 inch TV and a full-size kitchen. There are two porches on the main level and two on the lower level. The two larger porches are for relaxing and enjoying the views of the lake. Each of these porches have imported Italian tile and large 50-inch custom wood burning fireplaces. The other two porches are at the opposite end of the house, include one for dining and grilling. The back of the house is just 50 feet away from the water, and offers an easy grade down to the flat back yard which has 3000 sq ft of landscaped recreation areas including a fire pit, and outdoor seating. BTW – It’s an environmentally friendly green house! Solar power provides 14 Kw of electricity!

Lake is 25 miles long with 388 miles of shoreline. Mobil home is within a mile of the upper end of the lake. Lake Jocasse dam is a mile away north and Lake Hartwell dam is 24 miles south via water. If you want to spend time on Lake Jocassee, the lake above Lake Keowee, you are about 3 miles from the Jocassee boat ramp at Devil’s Fork State Park. Jocassee is a very beautiful lake. Our House located on top of a small mountain, which is why we have an excellent view. The fireplace on the deck is a wood burning fireplace. On the patio we have a fire-pit which is perfect for toasting marshmallows! The home is located on the southern end of lake Keowee in an upscale neighborhood consisting of million dollar homes. This neighborhood consists of just 26 properties and is surrounded by 32 acres of conservatory land owned by the neighborhood. At the lake, we have an over-sized covered dock and deep water (15+ feet) all year long. The boat dock bay is open so you can put your boat in the dock. On the shore we also have a large 10x20ft deck area that remains shaded most of the day. For fun we have two kayaks, a Foosball table, a ping pong table, 50' large screen TV and plenty of board games and books to read. There is a 2nd TV above the fireplace in the main family room. We have a huge circular cement driveway with plenty of room for a trailer and multiple cars/suvs. We have a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We have Dish TV, and AT&T wifi. There are three TV's; one in the living room, and one in each of the two rooms with the king beds. -Master suite with a king bed, electric fireplace, and a bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower. -Connected to the master is an office with a desk for anyone that might have to get some work done as well as a daybed/trundle. -The second room has a king bed as well with a full bathroom right outside the door. -There is a queen bed in the third room. -The kids room has bunk beds with a twin on top and a full on bottom. - The house is one story with there only being a few stairs in the deck area. Kitchen is equipped with all cooking needs and complimented with two grills on the front porch - one full sized gas grill with 6 burners and one 18" Komodo Joe smoker. Our house is located at the end of a cul de sac with about 10 houses on our street. There is no through traffic so our kids enjoy safely and responsibly riding bikes, skateboards or scooters in the street. We are 19 minutes to Clemson, 11 minutes to Seneca, 14 minutes to hikes and cute downtown of Wahalla. We are also conveniently located on the south side of Lake Keowee - close to Lake Keowee Marina and The Tiki Hut, one mile drive from Cane Creek Boat Ramp. There is an island directly across the lake with sandy swimming beach. Our favorite part about the house is feeling like you are on a cruise ship - house is close enough to the water and elevated just enough that while sitting in the main level living space you will see only big open water views - no visible land between the house and water. You can also enjoy a full sunrise and sunset view from the house in winter. During summer the sunset view is great from the right side of the deck, from the hot tub, or from the dock which faces west.

This dock has a 7000 pound boat lift and two jet ski ports, and is available for your private use for the duration of your stay. The cove has a big water views, but is recessed enough so there are very fews waves and little boat traffic. Perfect for floating in the water or lounging on the dock! There are also chairs by the lake for relaxing and watching the action. Most lots on Keowee are very steep, with dozens of steps to the lake level, but this lot is almost completely flat, with a nice grassy area for playing games and zero steps to the lake area! Keowee Key is a unique, gated community located on Lake Keowee; a hidden gem that boasts 300 miles of shoreline. No matter what time of year you plan to visit, the climate is mild with four seasons suitable for year-round outdoor activities. We fell in love with the Keowee Key area during a visit and purchased this condo shortly after. We were drawn to this forest-like community with its beautiful lakeside setting, amenities and friendly people. Our condo is in a quiet, private area and is a one minute walk to the water. There you can enjoy a small beach, pavilion with restrooms, picnic tables, charcoal grills, play horseshoes, launch a boat, fish from the dock and use the benches to enjoy the scenery and watch the boats come and go from the marina. Tennis courts are just across the parking lot from our front door. This lower unit has 4 easy steps up to the front door and 7 stairs to walk down into the condo. There is convenient parking right in front and easy access with the lockbox. This spacious condo boasts two bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms on separate ends of the unit. There is also a half bathroom in the hallway. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed. There is a futon in the sunroom that can fold out to fit one adult or two small children. The sunroom can be closed off into its own private sleeping area by shutting the sliding doors and the blinds. As an alternative to the futon there is also a queen air mattress. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans and cooking utensils. There are books and games for your use on a shelf in the living room along with maps and brochures to help you navigate the area. The peaceful, outdoor deck where you will find yourself nestled among the trees with some water views can be enjoyed any time of the day. The Fitness Center has updated exercise equipment, weights, racquetball, basketball and an indoor Jr. Olympic-size pool. There are men’s and women’s locker rooms each complete with whirlpools and saunas. A nominal fee is charged to use the facilities. Our Lake house is located in a small secluded gated community of Turtlehead. We are located on a safe cozy cove with easy access to the main body of Lake Keowee. Boating, Skiing and fishing are readily available immediately off our dock. The house is a very short walk to the dock and the lake, with approximately 20 steps from the house. The lake is also accessible by using a golf cart and a cart path from the driveway directly to the dock. Turtlehead also has a community boat launch with courtesy dock. There is a neighborhood pool right across the street. The home is great for a multi-generation vacation. Good access for all. Very kid friendly. Three level home, with completely finished lower level. Satellite TV service, with 2 televisions, each with VHS/DVD player. 5 Bedrooms: 1.
